Please do not contact the sales department for a tracking number. The sales department can not access the warehouse tracking system.

Exchange Damaged Item: You must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery for the damaged item. Please be sure to keep the original packaging and repack the product for pick up. We will contact UPS to pick up the damaged item. Upon receipt, an new item will be sent. Exchanges Request Form
Returns: Satisfaction Guaranteed -You have 21 days from delivery to return your purchase for any reason you are not 100% satisfied. FULL REFUND(excludes shipping costs). Do not send item back to the address listed on our store.You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to verify from whom the item is being returned by nor which store the item was originally purchased. Once you have obtained an RA# and have shipped the item, please email us with the tracking# or return information. This information will be forwarded to the warehouse to expedite your return credit. After 21 days upon receiving the product no returns or exchanges are accepted. Items that have been assembled are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return delivery.
