Attention: Due to a challenge at the warehouse, tracking numbers are having to be entered manually for orders placed from Friday, December 15th, forward. Please allow the warehouse until 6 pm Today for your tracking number to auto-populate and be sent to you by email.
If you have not received your tracking number by 3 pm MST today for orders placed before Tuesday December the 18th 6 pm MST, please visit us online and email tracking to expedite your request.
Please do not contact the sales department for a tracking number. The sales department can not access the warehouse tracking system.
Tracking: Please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking number to arrive by email. They are automatically generated to the email address you provided in the order form once it ships. If you still have a question or concern contact: Track@PantPress.com
Exchange Damaged Item: No problem. Repack the product for pick up. We will have UPS pick up package within 72 hours. Upon arrival at the warehouse a new item will ship. Please allow 10 days for this process to cycle and your new item to arrive. Exchanges@PantPress.com
Returns: Satisfaction Guaranteed - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery for a FULL REFUND. A 15% restocking fee may apply after this 14 days. No refunds after 30 days. All units come with 1 year warranty. Customer is responsible for return delivery.
Do not send item back to the address listed on our site. You must obtain a return authorization number befiore sending the item back, otherwise, our warehouse will not be able to verify from whom the item is being returned by nor which store the item was originally purchased.
