Corby Trouser Press One Year Full Warranty from John Corby Limited.
Each pants presser is hand assembled and individually tested prior to despatch from the factory. All models come with a one year full manufacture warranty.
John Corby Limited guarantees the unit for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, provided the product has not been misused, transformed, modified or altered in any way and that the failure is due to faulty workmanship or material during the guarantee
period.

Please contact the dealer you purchased the unit from. If purchased from PantPress.com we keep a history of all purchases and may be able to resolve the problem without the need for you to undertake the expense of returning the product.
Should it need to be returned we will, at our discretion, either repair and return your press, or supply you with a replacement model. If it is necessary for the press to be returned: please remove and retain the feet and hanger and protect the plug - this can badly scratch the front panel. If you have not retained the original packaging, please wrap the press well. Please also ensure that your name, address, telephone number are enclosed with details of the problem.
Each unit carries a unique serial number which is located on the outside of the carton and repeated on the base of the press, between the feet. A typical number is 02012489. Please record this number before unit is shipped.
